Purpose: To register your interest in our products and services and to provide consent for communications. We use this information to inform you about services we provide and related information and news, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied.
We don’t buy or sell email lists with any organisation or business.

Online purchasing information

When you complete an enquiry form on our website
What information is collected: your name, company name, telephone, email address, any details of your enquiry about training or our products and services.
Purpose: To register your interest in our products and services, receive further information or pricing and to provide consent for communications about your enquiry.
Cookies are small files saved to the hard drive of user’s computers that track, save and store information about the user’s interactions and usage of the website. This allows the website, through its server to provide the users with a tailored experience within this website.
Users are advised that if they wish to deny the use and saving of cookies from this website on to the hard drive of their computers they should take necessary steps within their web browsers security settings to block all cookies from this website.
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns to our website. www.10minuteCBT.co.uk. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
How we store your data
We keep your data secure in our database with appropriate security mechanisms in place. We do not share your data with anyone else or any other organisation unless it is necessary for the purpose for which you have given us the data or required by law. We will keep data for as long as is needed to complete the task for which it was collected. Records are reviewed annually and where appropriate will be deleted.
