CBT Therapy via Skype
Dr Lee David is now offering a limited number of private one-to-one CBT therapy sessions, either face to face or via Skype.
She is an experienced, compassionate CBT therapist, who uses a strong therapeutic partnership, warmth and humour to support people in making changes in their lives. Her approach incorporates a range of effective approaches including CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy.
The sessions are suitable for people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties including low mood, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, worry, stress and burnout, trauma, low self-esteem, anger and insomnia.
