  1. Terms of website use

Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them.

These terms of use govern access to and use of the Site found at the URL: http://www.10MinuteCBT.co.uk (“the site”). By accessing this Website and subscribing to the services offered, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not subscribe to the services offered by this site.

  1. Definitions

“10 Minute CBT” as referred to thereafter means CBM Concepts Ltd, trading as 10 Minute CBT, Unit 6A Sheeplands Farm, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Berkshire RG10 8DL.

“You” and “Your” means the person entering into this agreement with 10 Minute CBT.

10 Minute CBT is a trading name of CBM Concepts Ltd (registered in England and Wales under the Company Registration number 6535094).  Office Address: Unit 6A Sheeplands Farm, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Berkshire RG10 8DL.  VAT Registration number: 973 2678 8.

  1. User Obligations

You agree that You will only access and use the Site in accordance with these terms of use and in accordance with and subject at all times to all applicable laws and regulations anywhere subsisting in the world.

You will not directly or indirectly act or omit to act in any way which may infringe, damage or endanger any intellectual property rights (or any goodwill attaching thereto) of OCTC or any third party which may now or in the future subsist in any part of the world and will not knowingly permit any other person to do so.

  1. Intellectual Property

All contents on this Site (including text, graphics and any other material) are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights which are owned or controlled by 10 Minute CBT. You agree to comply with all copyright notices, information or restrictions contained in any information accessed through this Site.

Under no circumstances are You permitted to publish, re-transmit, re-distribute or otherwise re-produce any of the content supplied to You or which appears on the Site in any format to anyone and You may not use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

10 Minute is fully committed to ensuring full compliance with all aspects of the Data Protection Act 1998 and only keeps information about Site users that is required to process orders and provide an appropriate informative service.  You have a right to view, amend and delete any personal data that may be retained by 10 Minute CBT. We will never pass on any personal details or personally identifiable information without your specific consent.

You expressly absolve and release 10 Minute CBT from any claim of harm resulting from a cause beyond 10 Minute CBT’s control, including, but not limited to, the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, severe weather, earthquakes, or natural disasters, strikes or other labour problems, wars, terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10 Minute CBT and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, losses, costs and expenses relating to or arising from Your use of the Site or any breach by You of these terms of use.

  1. Revisions to the Terms of Use

10 Minute CBT may revise the terms of use at any time by altering this posting. Therefore You are advised to check these terms regularly to confirm You are willing to continue to be bound by them.

  1. Variation of content of the Site

10 Minute CBT reserves the right at any time and without notice to remove, amend or vary any of the content which appears on any page of the Site.

  1. Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable that will not affect the viability and enforceability of any remaining conditions.

  1. Waiver

A failure by 10 Minute CBT to exercise or enforce any rights under these terms shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such rights or operate so as to bar the exercise or enforcement thereof at any subsequent time or times.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  1. Online shop: Refunds and Delivery Charges

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an online purchase of any item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.  If you wish a refund within these terms you must let us know in writing or via email within 7 working days of receipt of the item.  The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs and no refund will be made until the goods are received back in as-new condition in our office.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

  1. Workshop Bookings

Confirming a booking will be taken as acceptance of the following terms of business:

  1. Fees/charges

Prices quoted are inclusive of tuition and printed course materials.  Unless otherwise specified, refreshments will not be provided.

  1. Payment terms

Places on workshops are strictly limited.  A place on the workshop can only be guaranteed when complete payment is received.

On receipt of payment, applicants will be sent confirmation of payment, a map of the venue and any relevant pre-course reading.

‘Early bird’ discount prices are available for bookings received at least 6 weeks prior to the date of the workshop.  To qualify for this discount when booking multiple days, the booking must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the first workshop being attended.

  1. Cancellation of workshops

For online bookings you have the right to cancel this contract without charge within 7 days of making the booking.  Cancellations must be received in writing or by email to: 10 Minute CBT, DUnit 6A Sheeplands Farm, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Berkshire RG10 8DL  or email office@10minuteCBT.co.uk

A cancellation fee will apply for all other cancellations:

– More than 8 weeks before course begins: Full refund (less £30 admin charge)

– Over 4 weeks but less than 8 weeks before course: 50% of fee payable

– Over 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks before course 75% of fee payable

– Two weeks or less before course begins: 100% of fee payable

Cancellations must have been received in writing/email and acknowledged by our office team in order to qualify for any refunds that may be eligible.

  1. Policy for changing of workshop dates by delegates

Delegates may be able to change to an alternative workshop date, subject to availability.  To request any change in workshop dates you must notify 10 Minute CBT in writing at least 14 days prior to your booked event.  An administration fee of £30 fee is payable for any changes made.  No changes may be made within 14 days of your booked event.

  1. Cancellations and changes to courses by 10 Minute CBT

10 Minute CBT will make every effort to provide the training agreed on the booking form.  However, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the programme, including but not limited to alterations in venue, named Trainer or date of an event, without prior notice, for any cause beyond our reasonable control.  10 Minute CBT is not liable for any fees or inconvenience relating to such changes.

In the event that the workshop is cancelled by 10 Minute CBT, all registration fees will be refunded in full.  Our liability will be limited to that refund and 10 Minute CBT will not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.

  1. Copyright

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the property of the Company.  Delegates may not reproduce, sell, hire or copy course materials (in whole or in part) without written permission from Dr Lee David, Company Director.

  1. Privacy policy

10 Minute CBT will hold the details of delegates on our database.  We may also use these details to inform you of further workshops or events in the future.  We will not under any circumstance pass on your details to any other organisations.  Delegates are requested to notify the company if their contact details change.  Individuals may remove their details from our database at any time by advising us in writing at Unit 6A Sheeplands Farm, Twyford Road, Wargrave, Berkshire RG10 8DL.
